What to do after starting

Check the NAVs of the countries you have invested in

1. Click on “List of holdings” In order to see each country's NAV.

You can view information on your portfolio under “List of holdings.

The list contains information such as the countries and regions you invest in, as well as their index funds’ NAVs. It is a good idea to first check the NAV of the countries you have invested in. After that, confirm whether your overall portfolio has risen or fallen in value, and which countries have been performing well or badly.

The NAV graph on each country or region page, which can be accessed from “List of countries in investment universe,” will provide you with a timeline of each NAV’s movement.

Rebalancing a Portfolio

1. What is rebalancing?

The weighting of your portfolio selected at the time of initial purchase will change over time as the NAV of each country’s index fund changes every day. There may be cases where the weightings change to the point where a portfolio becomes unbalanced. For instance, if one security increases in value and others decrease in value, the weighting of the security which has increased in value becomes higher, breaking the balance of the portfolio. In such a case, the act of adjusting a portfolio which has become unbalanced by decreasing (selling) the weighting of the security whose weighting has become too high and increasing (buying) the weighting of the security whose weighting has become too low is called “rebalancing a portfolio.”

2. Change the country or weighting by clicking on “Composition and revision of portfolio.”
The list of countries you are currently investing in will appear on the screen. You can then change the countries invested in or their weighting.
